It is called a Top Cat and it is built a lot heavier than a lot of this imported kind of stuff.  It is brand new and comes with the hydraulic hoses and flat face couplers to hook to a skid steer.  It is rated to cut up to an 8 inch tree. I used one of these to clear brush and small trees and it cut trees up to 6 inches for me.  $4500.00
