It has heat but does not have AC.  If you take the door off and open the side windows during the summertime it would be the same using an open cab model. Very low hours at only 338 hours and has a set of solid no flat skid steer tires / wheels on it. It has the hand and foot controls. It is the manual quick tach. Comes with a super heavy duty 67″ Bobcat  bucket on it as well.    Very hard to find them in this condition with low hours like this for this price.   $29500.00
